Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Originate and underwrite conforming and non-conforming residential mortgages with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and manage relationships with referral sources (realtors, attorneys, builders, branch lenders).
• Interview clients, analyze needs, and provide personalized mortgage solutions using lending tools.
• Cross-sell deposit, insurance, investments, and trust services where appropriate.
• Engage with the community to promote C&N and strengthen brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant loan closings.
