The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 4-6 years of experience in banking or customer service, and strong sales skills. You will be a vital part of a community-focused bank that values integrity and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in banking.
• NMLS certification required within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Originate and underwrite residential mortgages while maintaining compliance.
• Develop and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Provide personalized mortgage solutions to clients.
• Participate in community events to promote C&N.
