Northwest Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to proactively solicit new residential mortgage business across PA, using internal and external referral networks. You will present loan options, gather documentation, and coordinate with the team to deliver competitive products.

You will maintain knowledge of conventional and government loan programs and pricing, ensuring compliance with regulations while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years mortgage origination or sales experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of conventional, government loan products and guidelines.
• Experience with mortgage pricing and bank regulations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business in an assigned geographic area.
• Submitt complete credit applications with supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external referral sources.
• Counsel and coach loan applicants to secure best loan products for their needs.
• Cross-sell Northwest Bank products and services to applicants.
