Job summary

NOVA Home Loans seeks a growth-minded loan officer manager who can deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, from application to closing. You will supervise a team, ensure compliance, and guide marketing efforts to expand the client base.

The role requires a valid Loan Originator License, 2–3 years in management, and 2 years in mortgage or customer-service roles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in a management/supervisory role required.
• Valid Loan Originator License in good standing required.
• Preferred: 2 years mortgage industry experience.
• Preferred: 2 years customer-service focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across the loan process from application to closing.
• Serve as quality control and compliance supervisor for the team.
• Oversee team marketing and advertising efforts to grow the client base.
• Conduct industry research on regulatory requirements, market strategies, and trends.
• Direct and supervise loan officer assistants and clerical staff; handle HR functions.
