Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a customer service-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality control and compliance supervisor for the team.
• Oversee team marketing and advertising efforts.
• Conduct industry research to support informed decisions.
• Supervise team members, including handling performance appraisals.
