NOVA Home Loans is seeking a growth-oriented Loan Officer leader to drive the loan process from application to closing, ensuring exceptional client service and regulatory compliance.

The role involves supervising a team, coordinating HR functions, and guiding business development through referrals and marketing efforts. Strong mortgage knowledge and leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Valid Loan Originator License in good standing.
• 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• 2 years in mortgage industry preferred.
• 2 years in customer-service-focused role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, managing all aspects of the loan process from application to closing, ensuring timely communication.
• Serve as quality control and compliance supervisor for the team, ensuring adherence to regulations and procedures.
• Oversee team marketing and advertising efforts to grow the client base, including campaigns and PR initiatives.
• Direct and supervise team members, including loan officer assistants and clerical staff, handling HR functions.
• Manage each loan from application through to closing, coordinating client communications and supervising loan personnel.
