Rocket Mortgage is seeking an Executive Loan Officer to guide clients through the mortgage process and help them achieve their home financing goals. You will analyze finances, advise on suitable loan products, and build a strong referral network with real estate professionals in Detroit and beyond.

Role requires licenses and a track record of generating referrals, with compensation reflecting incentive-based pay and a strong market/geo context.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.
• State and federal licenses required.
• Proven ability to obtain referrals and generate lead volume.
• Strong communication, time management and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to market Rocket Mortgage.
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate loan products.
• Evaluate client finances and documents to ensure financing eligibility.
• Develop and maintain a book of business to drive referrals and revenue.
• Represent Rocket Mortgage in community functions to support business development.
