Job summary

Park Bank is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to lead the Dane County mortgage lending initiative. You will network, prospect, and build referral relationships to grow mortgage loans while delivering exceptional client experiences across the retail and community banking teams.

You will collaborate with Mortgage Loan Operations and Branch Banking Associates to ensure smooth processes from application to close. A strong track record in external prospecting and housing finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Networking with community and referral sources is essential.
• External prospecting and relationship development are core.
• Strong client needs assessment and solution matching.

Responsibilities

• Attend networking industry functions and trade shows.
• Perform daily cold calling activities as per sales plan.
• Seek and develop partnerships with realtors, attorneys, businesses and employers.
• Meet or exceed 60%+ of annual production as new mortgage loans to the bank.
• Maintain an exemplary client experience and reliable status reports.
