Job summary

loanDepot in Irvine, CA is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support candidates, new hires, and staff through the state licensing process. You will collect documentation, prepare applications, track progress, and maintain records to ensure timely approvals and renewals.

You will collaborate with Compliance, HR, and Operations to resolve licensing items, coordinate new licenses, and keep accurate data in ABC Licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 6+ years’ experience in mortgage banking, business administration, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Processes licensing applications by collecting documents and submitting through state/federal systems.
• Monitors deadlines and manages licensing tasks to meet service levels.
• Prepares recurring licensing reports for loan originators and branches.
• Coordinates with Compliance, HR and Operations for licensing support.
• Maintains licensing records and sponsorships in the system.
