Job summary

Mission Loans, LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to help clients navigate their financial journey by assessing needs, recommending loan products, and guiding from application to closing.

You will engage with clients via inbound and outbound calls, input borrower information, review documents, collaborate with processors and relationship managers, and strive to exceed performance goals while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Active MLO license with authorization to operate in four or more states
• 3+ years as a Direct-to-Consumer loan originator
• 3+ years in a call center environment
• Experience with mortgage products: Conventional, FHA, VA, Refinance, Jumbo, Non-QM, HELOCs
• Proficiency in CRM and LOS systems (Byte, Salesforce, Encompass)

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by building trust and guiding clients through the loan process
• Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads and marketing resources
• Analyze financial situations to structure tailored loan offers that best fit customer needs
• Accurately input borrower information into the system and maintain up-to-date records
• Collect and review qualification documents for complete and accurate submissions
• Communicate proactively with borrowers from application to closing
• Collaborate with processors and relationship managers to resolve qualification issues
• Meet and exceed performance goals while maintaining lending compliance and loan quality
