Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan process as the primary contact while the team supports with expertise in home lending. You will operate within regulatory guidelines and promote Chase financial products, growing your career and making a significant business impact.

You will join a motivated team dedicated to helping clients achieve homeownership and a seamless mortgage experience across the footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
