Job summary

Wilqo, LLC in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Product Consultant for implementations to manage customer projects and advise on Charlie capabilities, coordinating configuration to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer-facing tech implementations, 7+ years mortgage origination experience, and strong communication and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing technology implementations.
• 7+ years mortgage industry experience in loan origination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with LOS technology a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a trusted relationship with the customer at all levels within the organization.
• Identifying existing business processes for improvement opportunities within Charlie.
• Providing advisory on industry considerations around business process and system capabilities.
• Preparing and working with a detailed plan to complete project activities.
• Managing and performing configuration tasks (not coding/development) with the customer.
• Providing ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live support.
• Facilitating/leading training.
