In this role, you will leverage your mortgage lending expertise to guide clients through the loan process while working with a dynamic team. Responsibilities include coaching branch teams, collaborating on marketing efforts, and providing consultative recommendations to meet customer financial needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team on products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Builds partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on customers' needs.
