Citi is seeking a Senior Mortgage Lending Officer for the Citrus Heights, CA area. This hybrid role focuses on originating high-quality residential real estate loans and building strong relationships with retail branches, agents, and clients.

Qualifications

• Residential Mortgage experience required.
• 1+ year previous sales, credit and/or finance experience required.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA & conventional loan processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about their financial situation and lending needs to help achieve home ownership goals.
• Collect and analyze information about the customer's financial situation, goals, income, assets, debts, and credit history.
• Analyze financial information to assess loan viability for a lending solution.
• Make recommendations on lending solutions that best meet customer objectives.
• Promote Citi's lending products to clients and referrals and maintain relationships with real estate agents and partners.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and closing.
