Rocket Mortgage is recruiting an Executive Loan Officer to lead mortgage origination in the local market. You will build relationships with real estate professionals and clients, guiding them through loan options to meet personal goals.

You’ll consult on financial situations, advise on the home-buying or refinance process, and manage the loan process end-to-end from application to closing. This role emphasizes independence with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven referral-generation track record.
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses are required.
• Professional communication, time management and strategic thinking skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with agents, advisors, accountants, and clients to market Rocket Mortgage.
• Represent the Rocket brand in community functions to drive lead flow.
• Establish and maintain a book of business for referral growth and revenue.
• Consult with clients to determine the appropriate loan product to meet goals.
• Educate clients on home-buying or refinance processes and mortgage management.
• Evaluate client financials to ensure financing qualification.
• Assist clients through loan process from application to closing.
