Qualifications

• Performance: Query Optimization, Indexing, Capacity Planning, Tuning.
• Automation: Python, Shell Scripting (Bash).
• Experience in Linux/Unix.
• Cloud: MongoDB Atlas on AWS, Azure, & GCP.
• Backup & Recovery, Security, High Availability Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Oversees stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of multiple systems.
• Mentors other team members and provides technical leadership.
• Translates business requirements into infrastructure designs and collaborates with stakeholders.
• Supports change implementations and manages on-call and provisioning activities.
• Provides release support and drives incident resolution and post-incident reviews.
• Manages and prioritizes tasks, tracks tickets, and ensures SLAs are met.
