Job summary

Robinhood in Menlo Park, CA seeks a Senior Product Manager to define the strategic vision for money movement and payments infrastructure. You will lead zero-to-one product launches, manage complex integrations with fintech partners, and evolve our payment systems for faster and more reliable money movement.

You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and operations to ensure robustness, compliance, and a seamless customer experience across Robinhood’s global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in a product management role with a track record in complex financial infrastructure or money movement products.
• Familiarity with payment systems (ACH, wires, card networks, stablecoin) and vendor integrations such as data aggregators.
• Strong technical empathy and experience partnering with engineering to resolve architectural blockers and deliver clean user experiences.
• Experience using user research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, formulate product recommendations, and align senior stakeholders.
• High sense of urgency, speed, and strong work ethic with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product strategy and roadmap for money movement rails and vendor integrations.
• Lead zero-to-one product initiatives to move assets faster and scale payment infrastructure.
• Improve system reliability and user experience, scaling transaction success rates and reducing overhead.
• Identify improvements to reduce failures and latency and prioritize product decisions.
• Partner with engineering to deliver reliable deposits, withdrawals, and internal money movement.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
