Job summary

Deep Genomics is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join the in vivo Pharmacology team within Platform Biology in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on supporting efficacy testing of RNA therapeutics across animal models and requires hands-on in vivo work and molecular biology expertise.

The candidate will work independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced biotech setting, onsite at Cambridge, MA. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS with 2-4+ years in Pharmacology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or related field.
• MS with 1-2+ years in pharma/biotech is acceptable.
• Hands-on rodent work and in vivo study coordination are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study logistics including dosing schedules and sample collection.
• Manage in vivo samples and prepare them for analysis.
• Perform standard molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, Western blot).
• Support development of novel assays on animal samples.
• Analyze, visualize, and document study data in ELN.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
