Aspen Neuroscience is seeking a Senior Research Associate to independently execute complex molecular biology and single-cell sequencing workflows supporting our cell therapy programs. You will analyze data, troubleshoot experiments, and collaborate with R&D teams to advance translational research.

The role emphasizes library preparation, quality control, data interpretation, and maintaining audit-ready notebooks while contributing to method development and documentation for internal reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry or related disciplines is required.
• Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing workflows including library preparation and QC.
• Experience with single-cell or single-nucleus RNA sequencing is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Independently execute and optimize single cell and single nucleus RNA sequencing workflows, including library prep and QC.
• Execute molecular biology and biomarker assay workflows including nucleic acid isolation, PCR, qPCR, and sequencing-related assays.
• Support cell culture workflows and collaborate with R&D teams.
• Prepare figures, data summaries, protocols, and technical reports for internal reviews.
