Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with high-throughput molecular biology assays.

Responsibilities

• Execute RNA/DNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, PCR/RT-qPCR, ddPCR.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and master mixes; maintain RNase-free technique.
• Process samples from cells, tissues, and biofluids; homogenize, lyse, quantify, and normalize.
• Document protocols and data traceability in electronic lab notebook.
