Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Support Specialist with strong Moldflow experience to help customers solve complex injection-molding challenges. You will diagnose simulation issues, interpret results, and guide users toward effective manufacturing outcomes across Moldflow and related Autodesk tools.

You’ll leverage AI-assisted methods to improve troubleshooting, while validating findings with engineering judgment and contributing to knowledge resources for the Autodesk community.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in plastic injection-molding simulation or Moldflow experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and polymer behavior.
• Experience running, troubleshooting, and interpreting simulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for Moldflow customers.
• Diagnose issues with meshing, materials, process settings, and results.
• Document issues and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering.
• Create technical articles and reusable troubleshooting knowledge.
