Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to guide model-based systems engineering and requirements-based testing for autonomous mission systems. The role supports program management, mission software engineers, and operations analysts in delivering advanced defense capabilities.

The position requires a Top Secret clearance, a strong aerospace/engineering background, and experience with SysML/DoDAF and MBSE artifacts.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills, including visual presentation of complex data.
• Strong engineering background in a relevant field (Aerospace, Dynamics & Controls, GNC, Systems, or similar).
• Experience with Systems Engineering, Requirements Elicitation and Management, Integration, and Test Activities on complex systems - DoD Weapon Systems, Space Systems, etc...

Responsibilities

• Red-team designs, models, and analyses across a program
• Build models and simulations needed to prove or break a claim.
• Work as a systems engineer to support Program Management, Mission Software Engineers, and Operations Analysts.
• Communicate complex results, including strong visual presentation of data, to engineers, leadership, and stakeholders
