Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise systems refactoring, legacy migration, or application modernization.
• Experience applying domain-driven design to refactor legacy logic into modular components.
• Familiarity with secure coding, DevSecOps practices, and modern application frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy applications, data flows, and technical debt to develop modernization roadmaps and target-state recommendations.
• Refactor and implement modernized components, APIs, and domain services using domain-driven design and secure practices.
• Troubleshoot and validate modernized apps, fix defects, and ensure security and performance requirements.
• Prepare architecture mappings, domain models, and guidance for engineers, security, cloud, and data teams.
• Promote governance with reusable patterns, DevSecOps practices, and cloud readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
