Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology modernization initiatives.

• 3+ years state or local government experience in the past seven years.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing applications, databases, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Develop modernization strategies: rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, replacing, retiring.
• Create current-/future-state architecture diagrams and roadmaps.
• Design scalable n-tier, microservices, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Evaluate on-prem, hybrid-cloud, Azure, and AWS options.
• Recommend platforms, tools, and implementation approaches.
• Incorporate CJIS, security, governance, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Lead workshops and present recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout planning and implementation.
