Signode in Florence, KY, is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to translate business needs into scalable modern workplace solutions, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity and access, endpoint management, and collaboration tools. You will partner with global teams to boost productivity, automation, and business continuity.

The role involves requirements elicitation, solution design, incident resolution, and driving standardization, with opportunities for leadership, training, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, identity/access, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and ITIL practices across incident, change, and problem management.
• 6+ years in progressively responsible IT roles with modern workplace focus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, clarify, and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, options, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead configuration, deployment, and administration of modern workplace services.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents; implement preventive actions and root-cause analyses.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials; provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with global teams on deployments and support.
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
