Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing software with object-oriented C and/or C++.
• Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB for engineering data analysis.
• Experience building models or simulations of physical systems.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity models and simulations for missile design and flight tests.
• Design and implement modeling and simulation solutions for performance analyses.
• Collaborate with GNC, Signal Processing, and Systems Engineering teams.
• Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations for architecture.
• Support lifecycle from concept to fielded operations.
• Present findings during design reviews and customer briefings.
• Mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment.
