Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking an Associate Modeling and Simulation Systems Engineer to join our team. You will work on modeling, simulation, and analysis across missile defense, space, and intelligence programs, focusing on the AF SIM framework.

The role requires a STEM bachelor’s with related experience (or Master’s) and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics from an accredited university.
• 2 years of related work experience for Level 2; Master’s Degree may substitute for experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze models and simulations using AF SIM and related tools.
• Support MS&A projects across the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Communicate technical results clearly to diverse stakeholders.
