Job summary

Amentum is seeking a highly experienced MOC Manager to oversee Rotary maintenance operations in support of the HH-60W mission. You will supervise MOC functions, coordinate schedules, and ensure accurate reporting of aircraft and system status.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, developing processes to improve operations, and ensuring compliance with security and policy directives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years in related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Able to assess problems and be solution oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software and computer systems.
• Able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Real ID driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain flightline driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all MOC functions.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance meetings and ensure slide accuracy.
• Monitor and report aircraft, equipment, and systems status as directed.
• Coordinate maintenance on aircraft and routing changes with applicable agencies.
• Develop and maintain emergency action checklists.
• Participate in the Data Integrity Team (DIT) and notify appropriate agencies.
