Job summary

Amentum is seeking a skilled MOC Manager to provide senior-level oversight of Rotary Wing maintenance operations in direct support of the HH-60W mission. You will supervise MOC functions, coordinate schedules, and drive performance improvements across the operation.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance. Travel may be required and day, night, or weekend shifts could be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years in related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Able to assess problems accurately and be solution oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and computer systems.
• Proficient with Government and Contractor databases and information systems.
• Strong oral and written communication; able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Detail- and quality-oriented.
• Must obtain and maintain a secret security clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Must have a Real ID driver's license and be able to obtain a flightline driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all MOC functions.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance meetings; ensure slide accuracy.
• Develop programs and processes to improve operations and unit performance; resolve MOC issues.
• Monitor and report aircraft, equipment, and systems status, ETIC, and location.
• Serve as POC for flight schedule and maintenance matters; coordinate with agencies.
• Complete employee performance reviews and manage the MOC work schedule.
• Be available for day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
