Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead HH-60W helicopter maintenance operations in Maryland. The role requires coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring readiness and airworthiness, and supervising staff on 24/7 schedules.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, performance reviews, and acting as aircrew POC for maintenance matters; candidates must have leadership skills and ability to obtain a secret clearance, with US citizenship required.

Qualifications

Minimum three years as Expeditor or Production Superintendent.
Exceptional communication, leadership and personnel management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Air Force regulations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance on HH-60W helicopters 24/7 to maintain alert readiness.
Monitor daily flying schedule to meet operational requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance organizations and staff agencies for support.
Ensure maintenance is conducted safely per applicable instructions and directives.
Serve as aircrew POC for maintenance matters.
Complete employee performance reviews.
Work day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
