Job summary

Mobilitas is seeking a Senior Commercial Program Underwriter to lead development, onboarding, governance, and performance management of delegated authority programs in the mobility space. You will serve as the primary carrier business owner for these relationships and guide both new program development and ongoing oversight.

The role requires experience in underwriting stewardship, governance, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to manage complex programs and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related area (Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
8+ years of commercial insurance, underwriting, or delegated authority/program management experience.
Advanced knowledge of delegated authority oversight, governance, and commercial underwriting.

Responsibilities

Lead assessment and development of new program opportunities and launches.
Establish and maintain authority matrices and governance for delegated programs.
Oversee underwriting guidelines, risk selection, and authority limits.
Manage profitability, performance reviews, and program governance with cross-functional partners.
