Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of commercial insurance, underwriting, or delegated authority experience.
• Advanced knowledge of delegated authority oversight, governance, and commercial underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and development of new programs and market expansions.
• Oversee underwriting guidelines, risk definitions, and pricing in delegated programs.
• Direct governance, reporting, and performance reviews with program administrators.
• Drive onboarding, go-live readiness, and cross-functional collaboration for programs.
• Monitor profitability, risk, and adherence to agreements across delegated programs.
