Job summary

Mobilitas, a Mobilitas Insurance Group venture created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Program Underwriter to lead delegated authority programs in the mobility and sharing-economy space. This remote role focuses on development, governance, and profitability across new and existing programs.

You will direct underwriting stewardship, program onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with actuarial, claims, finance, legal, and IT to ensure compliant growth and strong

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial insurance underwriting.
• Advanced knowledge of delegated authority oversight.
• Strong due diligence and program onboarding skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and development of new program opportunities and market expansions.
• Oversee underwriting, finance, and operations due diligence and prepare materials.
• Develop program business cases, pricing, revenue projections, and launch plans.
• Direct onboarding and go-live readiness across multiple functions.
• Establish governance, thresholds, and risk indicators for delegated programs.
• Monitor profitability, performance reviews, and adherence to guidelines.
