Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and development of new program opportunities and market expansions.
• Lead underwriting, due diligence and prepare materials for review forums.
• Develop program business cases, pricing framing, and launch plans.
• Coordinate onboarding across underwriting, actuarial, claims, operations, finance, legal, IT.
• Manage program implementation projects with budgets and timelines.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor adherence to agreements.
• Own profitability and performance management for programs.
• Serve as primary carrier relationship owner and point of contact.
