Job summary

You’ll lead profitability and performance reviews, establish guidelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable programs with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in commercial insurance/underwriting or delegated authority management.
• Advanced knowledge of delegated authority governance and underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and development of new program opportunities and market expansions.
• Oversee governance meetings, reporting, and compliance reviews.
• Establish underwriting guidelines, limits, and risk-selection standards for delegated programs.
• Own profitability and performance management for assigned programs against targets.
• Manage relationship health and escalation with program administrators.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of delegated activities and contracts.
