• - 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• - 5+ years native mobile development (Android Kotlin/Java) and iOS Swift a plus.
• - 5+ years Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot or similar backend tech.
• - 3+ years leading engineers and ensuring code quality.
• - 3+ years OpenShift, public cloud, CI/CD, and AI-assisted tooling.
• - Track record delivering large mobile programs in finance/enterprise.
