Qualifications

• Experience delivering with an agile methodology.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in CS/business or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Java/Python and web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-size feature development and drive design decisions.
• Coordinate planning, grooming, and sprint execution with SCRUM teams.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior SDE/SDET and coach teams on quality practices.
• Ensure compliance with standards and drive continuous improvement.
