Job summary

You'll collaborate with business partners to translate user stories into robust designs, align with Digital's roadmap, and drive continuous improvement across SDLC using OpenShift, AWS, CI/CD, and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience and seniority
• 5+ years native mobile development experience (Android Kotlin/Java)
• 5+ years Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot or equivalent backend tech
• 3+ years leading teams and governing code quality
• 3+ years OpenShift, public cloud platforms, CI/CD, AI-assisted tooling
• Proven track record delivering complex mobile programs in financial services context

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple engineers to deliver high-quality software
• Translate user stories into feasible, secure, scalable solutions
• Design technical specifications with security, resiliency and performance in mind
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Shift-Left testing practices
• Manage multiple work streams and meet project deadlines
