Hostaway is seeking a Senior Mobile Designer to lead the revamp of our mobile app, aligning it with a new design language and AI-powered workflows. You will work closely with a PM, an EM, and a four-engineer React Native team to deliver a cohesive, scalable mobile experience for operators and guests.

You will drive design system evolution, ship practical prototypes in code, and balance user needs with business goals in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment within the EMEA region.

• Lead design decisions for the UI across iOS and Android in a React Native environment.
• Prototype in code and work with AI-enabled design workflows.
