Hostaway provides an AI-powered vacation rental management platform for professional short-term rental operators. Trusted by more than 20,000 property managers worldwide, the platform brings together tools for greater efficiency and faster growth.

• Revamp the mobile application to align with Hostaway’s new design language
• Improve critical features, including the Multi Listing Calendar for managing reservations
• Adapt the app to the needs of property management teams, property owners, and cleaning and maintenance operations teams
• Integrate AI into user workflows to surface important information at the right time and improve day-to-day business operations
• Define the app’s design direction and make design trade-off decisions
• Drive measurable improvements in feature adoption and retention across key user segments

• Have shipped native mobile products and made key product and design decisions
• Show design trade-offs in your portfolio, not just screens
• Have strong judgment on platform conventions and know when to follow or break iOS and Android patterns
• Prototype in code or be actively moving toward it
• Use AI tools in your process and have clear opinions on where they help
• Be able to conduct independent research and turn complex B2B workflows into simple mobile experiences
• Influence team decisions through evidence and influence, not authority
