Job summary

Wander is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer (L6) to own end-to-end WanderOS workflows for property managers, from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and the founder, shipping fast on a wide surface area, mentoring others, and shaping a design system at ludicrous speed.

You have 7–8+ years in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or marketplaces, strong Figma skills, and a track record shipping end-to-end experiences, with a passion for AI-enhanced

Qualifications

• 7 to 8+ years of product design experience shipping software products.
• Own design end-to-end: discovery, flows, systems, pixels, and what happens after launch.
• Navigate high ambiguity, and mentor mid-level designers.
• Deep technical understanding of how designs get built; bonus if you have some code work.
• Able to interpret experiments and data to inform decisions and defend design rationales.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of core WanderOS workflows for property managers (onboarding, calendar, reservations, pricing, guest communications, payments, reporting).
• Turn complex operational problems into simple, fast interfaces where every click counts.
• Own the full process: discovery, wires, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and launch polish.
• Shape how AI agents appear inside WanderOS and how operators supervise them.
• Anchor and represent design in a cross-functional team and own the design solution for projects.
• Grow and maintain the WanderOS design system for rapid ship at scale across web and mobile.
• Mentor mid-level designers and help improve team patterns and processes.
