Job summary

Huspy is building the Super App for real estate agents, transforming how agents and brokers work. You’ll join a fast-moving team of engineers, product, and design to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

The role focuses on leading mobile initiatives in React Native, applying engineering excellence, and collaborating with Product, Design, and Data to drive discovery and feature delivery. Hybrid in Dubai or Madrid; relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobile engineering with React Native.
• Ability to lead cross-functional product discovery with Designers/PM.
• Focus on maintainable, testable code and iterative improvements.
• Adherence to engineering standards and patterns.
• Willingness to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile initiatives in React Native and ensure smooth releases.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and improve legacy code.
• Apply SOLID principles and design scalable modules.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to drive feature delivery.
• Participate in product discovery and resolve ambiguities with Designers/PM.
• Proactively communicate within the team.
