Job summary

ATEC Spine, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager - Mobile Platform to define, deliver, and improve mobile software for surgeons, clinical teams, and sales reps across iOS, Android, and web apps.

You will partner with Engineering, UX, Regulatory, Marketing, and Customer Success to set strategy, prioritize features, and deliver measurable outcomes with a focus on quality and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Human Factors, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Mobile Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related software product development role.
• Experience with mobile apps, SaaS, healthcare technology, or medical device software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns a defined portion of the Mobile Platform product portfolio across the lifecycle, from discovery to retirement.
• Leads product discovery and represents the voice of the customer with surgeons, clinical staff, and sales reps.
• Translates customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and release scope; prioritizes backlog with cross-functional teams.
• Supports delivery, launch, and continuous improvement with analytics and post-launch evaluation.
