Job summary

Alphatec Spine in Carlsbad, CA, seeks a Senior Associate Product Manager - Mobile Platform to define, deliver, and improve mobile software for surgeons, sales reps, and care teams across iOS, Android, and web.

You will work with Engineering, UX, Regulatory, Marketing, Customer Success, and others to translate customer needs into product strategy, user stories, and release plans, balancing quality, timelines, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 3 years in Mobile Product Management or related software role.
Experience with mobile apps, SaaS, healthcare technology, or medical device software preferred.
Experience with product discovery, roadmaps, Agile development, and feature delivery.

Responsibilities

Owns a defined portion of the Mobile Platform product portfolio through discovery to retirement.
Leads product discovery by interviewing stakeholders to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
Translates customer needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
Coordinates releases, beta programs, and launch readiness; uses analytics to drive improvements.
Identifies opportunities to advance mobile platforms, including native capabilities, AI, and automation.
