Job summary

Florida Canyon Mining, Inc. seeks a Senior Mobile Maintenance Planner to develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for mobile equipment, coordinating with maintenance, operations and engineering teams at our Nevada site.

You will create baseline schedules, monitor progress, generate reports, conduct weekly meetings, and lead cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring asset reliability and cost efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Trade certificate in Mechanical or engineering degree/diploma preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance is required.
• Ability to develop and deliver clear presentations is required.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains and reports on the maintenance plan and schedule.
• Create baseline schedule and establish milestones for the project.
• Lead weekly schedule reviews and update schedules as needed.
• Produce monthly schedule reports with analysis and monitoring.
• Monitor critical equipment and structure maintenance work orders and logistics.
• Utilize CMMS systems and generate reports; collaborate with teams.
• Support DMMS program development and educate staff on it.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Planning groups and communicate feedback.
• Support mobile maintenance leadership and assess asset strategies.
• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance tactics.
