Job summary

Florida Canyon Mining, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Planning Supervisor in Imlay, NV to lead planning for mobile maintenance of heavy equipment. You will oversee planners, develop schedules, and ensure safety, reliability, and cost controls across maintenance activities.

The role requires leadership, strong scheduling expertise, and knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems, with collaboration across Operations and Engineering to optimize uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning teams in heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs and corrective actions.
• Experience with backlog management and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Strong knowledge of MSHA, health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety leadership and ensure MSHA and environmental requirements are in planning and scheduling.
• Supervise and evaluate work of Mobile Maintenance Planners I-III.
• Establish standards, templates, controls and quality expectations for planning.
• Create and report maintenance plans and schedules.
• Oversee weekly, monthly, and long-range maintenance schedules.
• Review major maintenance and component replacement plans for accuracy.
• Lead KPI development for planning activities and cost controls.
• Coordinate with Operations on equipment availability and downtime.
