Job summary

Careermine is seeking a highly experienced Underground Mobile Maintenance Planning Supervisor in Elko, NV. The role focuses on supporting all underground maintenance projects, writing procedures, and coordinating with Predictive Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to ensure asset value and on-time parts delivery.

Responsibilities include budgeting, AFEs, and leading a planning/scheduling/parts expediting group while aligning with NGM's vision and core values.

Qualifications

Safety leadership capability for self and team is required.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Exposure to PdM/CM technologies is preferred.
Planning experience 3-5 years is required.
Specialized mechanical/electrical trades experience with UG mining equipment is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MST, SAP, Xeras, Power BI and PI Vision software programs is preferred.
Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills are required.
Ability to perform the essential functions of this position is required.

Responsibilities

Provide support for Underground Mobile Maintenance projects and planning.
Write corrective and preventive maintenance procedures and coordinate issues with maintenance groups.
Coordinate inventory with Supply Chain and oversee material extensions, stock requests, and on-time parts delivery.
Prepare and submit AFEs, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and oversee scheduling/parts expediting.
Coordinate activities that support the Nevada Gold Mines vision and core values and modify procedures/tools as needed.
