Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 12+ months of Neighborhood Mobile Expert retail experience preferred.
• Care/Elite certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to act as SME for all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build a culture of sales and service.
