Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience preferred, Neighborhood Mobile Expert 12+ months.
• Care: Elite Expert or Technical Care exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to act as SME for all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to foster a culture of sales and service.
