Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Fleet Technician III in Greenwood, NE, to serve as the technical go-to in the shop. You will perform advanced, multi-trade refurbishment on mobile storage equipment and mentor other technicians while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; trade skills preferred.
• 5+ years in construction/repair of equipment and tools; strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced, multi-trade diagnostics and refurbishment on mobile storage equipment.
• Lead and mentor service team to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow to optimize shop efficiency and timely work orders.
• Provide on-the-job training for complex procedures and problem-solving approaches.
• Communicate with customers and support field operations during complex repairs.
